Paul LovesToni

I've been photographing Jacks family over the past couple of weeks. So at my first session at Jacks house, I met Paul (Jack's son) and Toni. Paul and Toni were so obviously in love, but to my surprise weren't married. I had a lot of fun, capturing these candids of them, being fun and flirty.

When I returned to photograph the rest of the family on Valentine's Day, I found out that Paul (That big romantic) had proposed to Toni... It's about time ;) . Toni was so excited to show off her new engagement ring.
Congratulations you two. You make a perfect couple.

Some more portraits with Jack
After photographing Jack in the studio with his two grandsons, I was invited to their home to photograph Jack with his wife Sharon and his sons. These portraits of Jack and Sharon, moved me, so I thought that I would share.

These are heartfelt memories that will be cherished.

Portraits with PaPa Jack

I've been photographing the Gates boys for just over a year now. We've been working our way through their Year in the Life Albums. It's a lot of fun watching the kids grow and change. I really thought it was special that they decided to bring Grandpa Jack along for the session this time. I know how much I love looking at the photographs my mom took of me with my grandma when I was a baby. The interaction and love that you can only remember because of these portraits will be treasures for years to come.

Sugar and Spice and All Things Nice

That's what little Claire Bear is made of.
What can I say. Pink and Brown, sparkles and bows, and a little bit of sassy personality. Makes for a fun combination.

I've been dying to photograph a cute little girl with my new tutu I bought at a Holiday craft fair, and although my little Levi looks absolutely adorable in it, his dad would kill me.

Thank you Claire, your too cute.

More Vegas

Vinny on top of the world...

Another beautiful place I visited while in Las Vegas, was Red Rock. The landscape there is amazing. The rock formations, caused by the sandstone and clay, and rain and wind are magnificent. My family decided to go hiking up the mountain. The way the rocks are formed cause a sort of a staircase to the top, which even my 2 year old was able to climb. It was a bit chilly out, but was an awesome day for going on a mountain climb. My husband was really sad that he didn't have any climbing gear to try out his new climbing skills that he had been practicing at Vertical World. Next time we go there, we'll have to make sure to bring him some.

My husband and son Levi on their way up the mountain...
